No inflammation in my neck and knee, and no more headaches!
Georgia, Austin and the Infinite family have changed my life around! I have struggled with my weight all my life since I has a teenager in high school. I have done all the so called “diets” and even had weight loss surgery (the sleeve). I was so against it and thought it was the easy way out and did not want to do it. I finally changed my mind when I had a nutritionist and a trainer and still could not lose weight! I maintained my weight for about 5 years after weight loss surgery, but I had other health issues such as, migraines, tension headaches, insomnia, pinch nerve in my neck and a bad knee. I gained 15 pounds after dealing with stress and life. I am an emotional eater and had no energy, so I slept a lot on weekends! I am still amazed that I eat what I eat on this program, feel full and still lose weight every day. I am now off my migraine, tension headache, anxiety, pinch nerve, and sleeping medications. I currently take no medications due to me being healthy with this program. I can handle life’s stress, have more clarity in everyday things I do, no inflammation in my neck and knee, and no more headaches! I have so much energy now and feel amazing. I am so thankful for this program and the changes it has allowed me to have for a lifetime!
