The Plan includes all 3 phases of the Infinite30 Program:
1. Lose
In the Lose Phase, we work with you to bring your body back to baseline levels with the right combination of natural supplements, a personalized eating plan, daily accountability, and a dedicated LOSE coach.
2. Learn
In the Learn Phase, we systemically add foods back into your diet to build back your food pallet and begin fitness consulting to guide you through an appropriate exercise program.
You’ll learn how different foods affect YOUR body
We will proceed through foods in a nutritionally based order of categories, allowing you to add back a variety of foods that fit your tastes!
New foods will be added every 3 days allowing you and your coach to fully understand how each one impacts your body.
This phase also utilizes regular Fit3D body scans in order to help us track more than your weight. Data such as your Body Shape Rating and Body Fat Mass provide a comprehensive look at what is truly happening inside.
By following this scientifically developed and tested approach, you will develop your own plan which can ensure you create a healthy lifestyle and permanent weight loss!
3. Live
Once you lose “the weight” and learn what foods work best for you, you will be able to take the lead in your new healthy lifestyle. We will show you and fully explain techniques that your coach has used to guide so that you can succeed on your own. You will also be provided with regular newsletters, as well as have access to social media groups, check-ins, and your coach in case you come up against something you didn’t see coming.
