Green Country Wellness can help! We are looking for 10-15 women experiencing menopausal weight gain to join a specialized group focused on helping them lose weight. Science has shown that hormones are a key factor in the inability to lose weight, and the major fluctuations accompanying menopause can make it much harder for many women to lose weight.
