Lost 20 pounds in 30 days!

“I will admit at first, I was a little nervous about walking into Infinite30. Thinking it was a weight loss program that I couldn’t afford and fearing it would be yet another failed attempt at losing weight.   After going to the seminar and hearing the testimonies of individuals who having been doing the program, I was convinced that I couldn’t afford not to do it.  

At sign up I was not on any medications like several others that joined with me, but I was headed in that direction if I didn’t make some changes.  At my last doctors visit, my glucose level and A1C were elevated and I was labeled as pre-diabetic. My blood pressure has also been rising at every visit.   I was completely addicted to sugar and had what felt like uncontrollable food cravings. All of that has subsided and the cravings are completely gone.  My blood pressure has regulated and is back to normal. I just know at my next doctors visit that my glucose levels will be back to normal as well and I will no longer be considered pre-diabetic. The Infinite30 program was my solution.  

After being on the program for 30 days, I lost a total of 20 pounds.  I’m now starting the second phase and I am confident that I will reach my goal.  Infinite30 has helped me change my mindset on how I view food and what I put into my body.  I’m more cautious of the types of food I eat and I’m actually enjoying eating healthier. I feel better about myself both physically and mentally.
